What to Expect in Your Session

Whether your session is in person or remote, the first part of each session is conversation based and includes;

  • A Wellness and Lifestyle intake.

  • Discuss the focus of your session and determine session goals.

  • Identify supportive tools and practices for you to use between sessions.

  • Create an Intention to use during the second half of your session.


The second part of each session is "The Work" and is tailored specifically for you and may include some or all of the following;

  • Energy Work

  • Intuitive and Spiritual Guidance

  • Coaching

  • Each session ends with a discussion and suggestions for practices and tools that may be supportive.


The final piece of your session is a follow­-up from Deana with notes from your session which will include your stated intention and may also include some or all of the following;

  • Energy Therapy techniques

  • Journal prompts

  • Meditations

  • Self Care practices and suggestions

  • Yoga postures & practices

  • Goals
