Deana Downs creates and facilitates workshops in community for small private groups and organizations.
Workshops, classes and retreats are custom designed for you and your group to explore and experience "The Art of Self Care" in ways that teach you how to incorporate self care practices that support individual growth and change.
Workshops may feature: Guided meditation, energy grounding and centering practice, reflective writing, gentle yoga practice for all levels, and Energy work
On site Energy Work: Deana Downs will come to your organization or gathering and provide energy work. She can provide Mind Relaxation treatments which include a guided meditation, Mini Energy Work or Full Body Energy work sessions. She is also happy to give a talk and have Q&A time after sessions for small groups.
Workday Self Care: Give your office or team the gift of an "Energy Break" Deana Downs will come to your office and provide Mind Relaxation treatments with a Guided Meditation. Each of these sessions will be 15-20 mins long. *Customized retreats are also available for your business.
